Explaining Online Stock Option Trading

Just like online stock trading, most option trading is online. Online stock option trading is done by an online broker. If you are unaware of what option trading is it consists of calls and puts. A call is purchasing the option to buy a stock at a certain price within the near future. After you buy the call option and the price of that stock increases past that value your option becomes more valuable. A put is the option to sell a stock also at a certain price within the near future. After buying the put option it will increase in value if the stock price begins to drop.
